  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the furniture directly from your home.

  After the item reaches our warehouse, our specialists will inspect the condition to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
